The microcapsule composition of claim 10, wherein the capsule formation aid is polyvinylpyrrolidone, polyvinyl alcohols, sodium salt of naphthalene sulfonate condensate, carboxymethyl cellulose, sulfonated polystyrene, a copolymer of vinyl pyrrolidone and quaternized dimethylaminoethyl methacrylate, cetyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, or a combination thereof.ġ2. The microcapsule composition of claim 1, further comprising a capsule formation aid.ġ1. The microcapsule composition of claim 1, wherein the protein has a molecular weight in the range of 1000 Daltons to 500,000 Daltons.Ĩ. The microcapsule composition of claim 1, wherein the protein is a wheat protein, marine collagen, keratin, a silk protein, or any combination thereof.ħ.
